T&M Technician - 2 shifts

As a Test & Measurement Technician, you are responsible for the hands-on testing and measurement of photonic devices and systems. You will work closely with engineers and operators to ensure the quality and reliability of our products, using advanced measurement equipment and methodologies.

• Perform tests and measurements on photonic devices using specialized equipment (e.g., optical spectrum analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes).

• Analyze and document test results; maintain accurate records of measurements and equipment maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to test setups, measurement equipment, and photonic devices.

• Collaborate with engineers and operators to optimize test procedures and support process improvements.

• Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Adhere to safety and quality standards in all laboratory and cleanroom activities.

• Participate in a 2-shift schedule; occasional weekend and night work is required, compensated with a consignation fee.

• MBO or Bachelor’s degree in electronics, photonics, applied physics, or a related technical field.

• Experience with test & measurement equipment in a high-tech or manufacturing environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on experience with measurement instruments and data analysis.

• Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).

• Team player, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Only candidates with valid work authorization for the Netherlands (no IND sponsorship possible).
