Join our Supply Chain Team!
As a Logistics & Purchasing Officer you are playing a key role in making sure our factory runs smoothly. You work together with different teams, from operations, engineering to sales and cover a range of responsibilities.
Whether it is coordinating materials are in place for an important maintenance project or making sure a customer receives their shipment on time, you get energy from getting the job done.
In this role you will report to our Supply Chain Manager.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Preparation of batches for production
Manage inventory in our warehouse and in the cleanroom (from consumables to chemicals)
Be the point of contact towards our suppliers, placing orders and making sure deliveries are checked and arrive on time
Coordinating shipments to customers and subcontractors
Contribute to logistics improvement projects
Job requirements
What are we looking for:
MBO level with some years of comparable work experience relating warehouse, purchasing, factory, or inventory management.
Supporting a team is in your DNA, you like to work with your colleagues and bring a positive contribution to the team.
Solid knowledge of English language, knowledge of Dutch language is a plus.
Being able to manage priorities and work correctly and precisely.
Experience with ERP or MES software is a plus.
