Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Lithography Equipment Engineer with hands-on experience in lithography maintenance and operations. This 100% onsite role is perfect for engineers who enjoy working directly with advanced equipment in a cleanroom environment and taking ownership of processes. You will ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of our lithography tools, while maintaining a client-oriented mindset and contributing to the success of our global customers.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on lithography equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operation.

  • Troubleshoot and repair photolithography, nanoimprint lithography (NIL), and mask aligner tools.

  • Operate and maintain deposition and etching equipment, including CVD, PVD, and dry etching systems.

  • Support cleaning and inspection equipment such as wet benches and critical dimension SEMs.

  • Collaborate with process engineers to optimize lithography processes and improve tool performance.

  • Document maintenance, repairs, and modifications accurately.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.

  • Follow safety and cleanroom protocols at all times.

  • Participate in an on-call rotation during evenings and weekends.

Job requirements

  • At least 5+ years Hands-on experience in lithography equipment maintenance and operations.

  • Familiarity with photolithography, Steppers, mask aligners, etching, and deposition processes.

  • Understanding of cleanroom environments and semiconductor manufacturing protocols.

  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and proactive thinking skills.

  • Ability to take initiative, speak up, and collaborate in an open and direct team culture.

  • Client-friendly mindset with the ability to respond effectively to production needs.

  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Master degree is also considered when operational approach is visible in resume.
