Become a Cleanroom Operator!

We are looking for Cleanroom Operators to help us in our mission to become the leading foundry in Integrated Photonics!

As a Cleanroom Operator, you need to maintain production on track with the highest quality. You will work with advanced machines whilst following strict safety rules (Safety first!). Working with other people is key for this role, so good communication skills are necessary. We are also looking for people who are attentive to details and pay attention to quality.

Our operators work in a 5-shift schedule so that our production keep running smoothly!

We’re looking for people with the right mindset and motivation:

• Interest in high-tech manufacturing and willingness to learn;

• MBO 3–4 level education in a relevant field;

• Experience as an operator, technician, or in a cleanroom is a plus;

• Good knowledge of English, Dutch is a plus;

• Proactive, aware of safety measures, and quality-oriented;

• Comfortable working in a 5-shift schedule.
