Senior Process Engineer Litho

Recurring tasks:

• Hands-on cleanroom work to maintain, improve, and mature our Lithography processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements

• Troubleshoot process issues and implement effective solutions

• Conduct experiments, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders

• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in process engineering

• You act as senior representor of the team, take initiative, see solutions where others see problems, you make it happen!

• Train & coach more junior colleagues.

• Bachelor or master degree in chemistry and a practical / hands-on personality.

• Deep understanding of optical lithography imaging formation and optimization techniques.

• Senior level by offering us multiple years (5+) of experience within semiconductors industry

• Experienced in holistic approaches to Critical Dimension Uniformity (CDU) and Overlay (OVL), including tools like Dose Mapper and GridMapper.

• Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, SPC, DOE, and programming,

• Practical experience with ASML scanners/ steppers and TEL track systems.
