Are you a proactive, hands-on production planner who thrives in a high-tech production environment? We’re looking for someone who doesn’t own the master schedule — but owns the execution. As Junior Production Planner, you daily check the progress of the production planning and identify possible issues or bottlenecks.  

 

You are a person who acts immediately and helps solving problems not from behind the desk but by being present on the shop floor.  Alignment and clear communication with operators, shift leads, and other engineering colleagues is Key.

 

You monitor wafer batches in flight, update planning systems, contribute to daily stand-ups, and jump into action when issues arise.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Expedite daily and weekly wafer production activities to match the master schedule

  • Coordinate with shift leads to ensure staff, tools, and equipment are aligned with production needs

  • Proactively spot delays or bottlenecks on the cleanroom floor and drive immediate for solutions

  • Update planning data to reflect real-time progress and priorities

  • Lead or support daily stand-ups, ensuring cleanroom teams are aligned and issues are escalated

  • Track KPIs such as on-time delivery and cycle times, and help drive continuous improvement (Lean)

Job requirements

  • MBO degree in a technical field or Logistics and 2 to 5 years of experience, Bachelor starters are also considered.

  • Strong communicational and positive influencing skills, you can get things done!

  • Time management skills and use to work with deadlines

  • Fluent in Dutch and English

  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with solid understanding of production workflows, likes to be present on the floor.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook); quick learner for MES/planning tools.
